Saturday night at Magic City Casino the Miami Food Trucks set the Guinness Book World Record for Largest Food Truck Parade. The previous record was 50 and was obliterated (alright maybe not obliterated) with 62 of South Florida’s Food Trucks. The event started with a police escorted caravan of the Food Trucks for 2.2 miles around Magic City Casino. It was a sight to behold. Once everyone got back, the windows were open to serve food from 5 til 10PM. Food Truck Invasion had a dunk tank set up where all the money raised went to St. Baldrick’s. Food Cart USA brought one of their demo trucks (a replica of the old Beastmobile) for those fans who wanted to check out what it’s like inside one of the roving restaurants. And of course the Pinchadiscos 305 (our DJ friends) were in the house too!

Thanks to Magic City Casino for being the biggest supporter of the Food Truck movement in South Florida.

I remember the first Earth Day celebration. Living outside Philly. A motorcycle caravan came down the street for over 1 1/2 hrs!! Unreal!

One wet and windy night l heard a cat crying under my caravan, she cried all night. Next morning l found her starving and pregnant but very friendly. I phoned a friend who rescues cats, she came to the caravan, picked the cat up, took her to the vets and finally adopted her. Now 4 weeks later Rosie, her new name, is happy and well. I went to see her last Friday, she is so lovable and cute.

Good morning everybody. This is going to be a great day. I know that God has blessed us and has given us a wonderfully great day. I feel it inside and my faith says that God is blessing us. The sun is shining and the temp is already 40 degrees her and it is going to be nice and warm today.

My declaration for today.

I DECLARE everything that doesn't line up with God's vision for my life is subject to change. Sickness, trouble, lack, mediocrity, are not permanent. They are only temporary. I will not be moved by what I see but by what I know. I am a victor and never a victim. I will become all God has created me to be. This is my declaration.

In the Scripture, Joseph had a big dream in his heart, and when he was a young man God promised that he would be a great leader and even help rule a nation. But before this dream could com to pass Joseph had many adversities.

First his brother were jealous of him and threw him into a pit and left him to die. Then a caravan came by and he was rescued and taken to Egypt were he became a slave for years. Year after year of disappointments, setbacks, and unfair situations, he one day had the right door to open to him which allowed him to be put in charge over all of Egypt. He believed from the beginning that all the bad things that had happen to him was not Gods had plan for him but in the end he became what God had planned for him.

We all face disappointments, setbacks, unfair situations. At times we may feel like we have been thrown into a pit. But instead of being discouraged and letting that cloud our vision, we need to look inside ourselves. We will see that the pit does not match up with the vision God put in our hearts. Like Joseph, we can say: "This is not permanent. This is just another stop on the way to our divine destiny!"

Stay strong in our faith and always trust God to get us where we belong.
