Thank you for your page, I had to stop keeping cats because my husband is really allergic, don't worry I didn't abandon them to a shelter, I couldn't possibly do that, so I rented a car and drove them from NYC to Memphis where my mom lives and she takes care of them for me. We have always been cat people, but I miss having mine, I love your page because I love seeing cute pictures of other peoples cats and its really nice to see people love them so much. I cant stand pictures of cats in shelter or abused, and I know it happens but I would rather come to your page and see how cute and happy saved ones are. My big boy was a saved cat, his name is Rudy, I got him off of craigslist and I was specifically looking for an adult because I know that people usually get kittens and I wanted to make sure at least one adult cat got a chance to have a happy home. Anyway, I really enjoy your page. Thank you very much for your work at posting everyday. Thank you.

Well, update on little shitzu my husband found friday. The cutie ends up beeing 12 years old little Davy. As I said, we wouldnt mind keeping him if we didnt find the owner or if the owner was irresponsible. We found the add on craigslist and called the lady questioning her to see how he got lost. She was crying and was so sad,she said he was with her since he was 6 weeks old and have never ever happened to go missing. Was an accident, just like happened to our Lulu. In 2010 my husband found a bulldog that ended up being from someone down the street. After questioning that woman we gave the bulldog , named Nana back to her and 3 months later we were notified that Nana had been hit by a car, because she was always left unnatended outside without a fence and nobody ever went looking for her. We felt guilty for not keeping Nana. But with Davy is different. The lady has him for 12 years and just had moved, very similar to what happened to our Lulu two previous weeks. So yes, with a broken but happy heart we gave Dave back to the lady and she was in tears. Was beautiful and I tould her if she ever needs someone to pet sit Davy, we will do it for no cost :) Was such a joyful weekend spent with little Davy. Best of luck to you all !
